2. How Do I Get The Best Clamping Power
When you attach your Kool Klamp, Hold and Press The Lever Against The Surface Then Close The Klamp Lever, Do Not Hold Or Press The Klamp Cup Against The Surface, All You Want To See Is The Suction Cup "Rubber" Against The Surface  "How to install the kool klamp correctly"

3. How much wind will the umbrella stand?
Umbrella's and wind DO NOT go together. Light to moderate breezes are ok, but remember that your umbrella is not warranted against wind damage.

4. My Kool Klamps really seem to hold great. Would it be alright if i left them in the pool overnight or all day when they are not in use?
It's not recommended. You might accidentally leave them there and there might be a storm.

5. How does the Kool Klamp work on rough or dirty surfaces?
The Kool Klamp doesn't work very good on rough or dirty surfaces.
Smooth surfaces work the best.
And if you're clamping it to a dry surface, wetting the surface and the clamp will help it hold better.
